Le Pichet is a classic French bistro right by Pike Place Market in Seattle. It's my favorite type of food -- simple ingredients and classic recipes. The bread is fresh, the orange juice squeezed before your eyes, the coffee strong . . . They serve a delightful breakfast of baked eggs, quince jam, housemade yogurt with honeyed walnuts and for dinner you can get a glass of wine, salad and some frites. Fabulous!If you Go:
