BAKESHOP PASTRY UPDATE

This summer Kim Boyce of Bakeshop, my favorite pastry shop in Portland, is having a fruit, butter and sugar explosion!! I had the pleasure of photographing her latest swirls of laminated dough, freshly made jams, powdered sugars, cheeses, herbs and berries galore and it was insane. The level of delish was C-R-I-M-I-N-A-L. Kim, I bow to thee.
